[epicproviders] Effective 9/2/2025: Health Maintenance Topics Updates

Ambulatory Providers
Effective 9/2/25 - Updates to Health Maintenance:

  1.  Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Care Gap
 Medicare Annual Wellness Visit Care Gaps in Epic will now reflect all patients with Medicare or Managed Medicare products and no longer have an age restriction.

  1.  Colonoscopy
Providers can request a colonoscopy be due after 2 or 7 years in addition to the 1-, 3- ,5-, & 10-year options.

  1.  Hepatitis C
Providers can now select the action of Add Completion and date completed when addressing the topic. Previously Hepatitis C only included postponed and discontinue.
