[epicproviders] Effective 9/15/2025: New Times for Three Times Daily Standard

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective September 15, 2025: Three Times Daily Standard medication frequency times are changing from 0900, 1700, 2100 to 0900, 1500, 2100 to achieve even time intervals of 6 hours between doses. This system update is in support of policy CM M-11, Standard Medication Administration Time.
