[epicproviders] Effective 4/29/2026: Discharge Delays are Moving to Epic

Inpatient Providers

Effective April 29, 2026: Discharge Delays will move from TeleTracking into Epic and will no longer be tracked or documented in TeleTracking. Delays keep the care team and patient movement staff aware of any barriers preventing timely discharge. Discharge Delays will appear in the Unit Manager, Storyboard, Discharge Navigator and Brain.
