[epicproviders] Effective 2/16/2026: Pediatric VTE Assessment Changes

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Attention Inpatient Providers:

Effective February 16, 2026: There are changes in Epic for items related to pediatric VTE, including the Pediatric VTE order set and the PED VTE Compliance column in Patient Lists. In addition, all references in Epic to pediatric DVT are replaced with VTE.
