[epicproviders] Effective 7/30/2026: Health Maintenance Updates

Effective 07/30/2026:

As part of ongoing efforts to improve Health Maintenance, the following guidelines will be updated:


  1.  Patients can now use MyChart to let you know about screenings they've received elsewhere so you can verify supporting documentation and update the chart in Health Maintenance.
  2.  In MyChart, patients who receive only specialty care at our organization now see only their specialty-specific Health Maintenance topics in their health feed and on the Health Summary page.
