[epicproviders] Effective 6/9/2026: New Column EM2IM (ED Admit to Internal Med)

Attention ED and Inpatient Providers:

Effective Tuesday June 9, 2026: A new column called EM2IM (ED Admit to Internal Med) has been added to the ED Track Board and is available to be added to the IP Provider's My Patients List.
