Orthostatic Vitals: Adult Patient Position Flowsheet Row on the Comprehensive Flowsheet Summary Report
Effective Wednesday June 24, 2026: For adult patients, the Patient Position flowsheet row for orthostatic vitals has been added to the Comprehensive Flowsheet Report.


Provider: Comprehensive Flowsheet Summary Report for Viewing
When reviewing the Comprehensive Flowsheet, clinicians will now be able to view Patient Position documentation in the Vitals group.
