Pharmacy Medication History Consult Order Effective May 5, 2026: The newly named Pharmacy Medication History Consult order has replaced the old name of IP Consult to Pharmacy order. This order will help prioritize the request when admitting patients with more complex situations and streamline communication with the Pharmacy.
