[epicproviders] Effective 5/19/2026: Non-Visit Encounters Update

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective May 19, 2026:



To be consistent across all encounters, MyChart Patient Message, Telephone and Refill encounters have been redesigned to match the look and feel of the Results Follow-up encounter. They will now include activity tabs for This Conversation and Take Action. Documentation is in the sidebar.
