[epicproviders] Effective 5/12/2026: Updated Medicare ABN Form

[Epic - All Provider Staff]

Effective May 12, 2026: The updated CMS Advance Beneficiary Notice of Noncoverage (ABN) will be going live in English and Spanish. Using the OLD version will prevent offices from billing those Medicare Patients for services that Medicare has denied.
