[util] Planned Reheat Loop Shutdown – East Wing Floors 2–6 (May 5–6, 2026)

To support the OR7 project, a planned shutdown of the reheat loop will be required. Please see details below:

  *   Date: May 5–6, 2026
  *   Time: 10:00 PM – 4:00 AM
  *   Location: East Wing
  *   Affected Areas: Floors 2–6
  *   Impact:
Limited control of individual room temperatures during the shutdown period.
This includes the Main ORs on the 5th floor and the Burn Unit on the 6th floor.
Airflow will not be affected.
  *   Scope of Work:
Replacement of the reheat coil line in Room E5622B.
  *   Additional Information:
Temperature adjustments for emergency cases in the ORs will be accommodated as needed.
Space heaters will be available for the Burn Unit if required.
