Good Morning,

Thanks to all those that joined us last week at our first Geri ECHO of this session.  For those that didn’t we hope to see you this month!  Please see below for info on our next ECHO, CMEs and Case forms. 

1. Please join us Thursday, August 22nd for our next ECHO Clinic - Endocrine Issues in the Elderly - Osteoporosis. The call in information is below and case presentation form is attached -  we would LOVE to have a case from the spoke participants, please consider submitting a case.

2.) In the upcoming weeks there will be some changes to our webpage.  The page will now have access to the case presentation forms, CME survey link and form and the schedule.  I will direct people there as soon as it is up instead of repeatedly sending and attaching the forms.  

3.) We have revamped our case presentation forms to be more all encompassing of the different topics we will be working with this session.  The newest form is what is attached. 

4.) If you have been attending clinics and filling out a CME evaluation form you are probably wondering about getting the credit.  We offer AMA-PRA Category 1 credits.  If this is not the accreditation body that aligns with your speciality please know that many programs allow for a this type of CME to count as an attendance credit.  To know for sure you will need to check with your program.  To obtain a CME transcript please email cme at upstate.edu <mailto:cme at upstate.edu> and cc me.  They will send you a transcript with the dates you have attended and each clinic is 1 credit.  **please note I only send the the attendance to the CME office on the last day of the month, and it usually takes them about 2 weeks from there to add it to the transcript.  If you need something faster please email me directly and I can take this to them.**

5.) Last note - Next Wednesday I have a pediatric ECHO focused on HIV, PEP and PrEP. If you or you know someone who would benefit from this education please send along the attached flyer.  The more the merrier!!
