Happy Thursday!

Just sending out another remind about our Geriatrics clinics restarting in 2 weeks!!

On July 25th we will be discussing Dementia 10: MCI vs. Dementia - - What's the difference?

I have once again reattached the clinic schedule and call in information. If you have any questions prior to the start of our clinic don’t hesitate to email me at keefed at upstate.edu <mailto:keefed at upstate.edu>

Thanks!
Deidre

> Project ECHO (Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes) is a teleconferencing, case based, all teach, all learn platform for primary care providers to increase knowledge and expand treatment and management skills. This is accomplished by a specialist or “hub team” providing a 20-30 minute didactic presentation on a topic and primary care providers bringing de-identified cases for consultation. Primary care providers then learn from the recommendations given by the specialist and other primary care providers on the call while specialists learn from the primary care providers. ECHO aims to improve care by having patients be treated in their own communities by the primary care providers that know them best. We encourage the participation of MDs, DOs, NPs, PAs, and medical students.
