About 6 months ago I started sending out calendar invites and for the clinics with the link and topics.  Many said this made it easier and I heard very few negatives so I am going to continue to do so.

I will be sending those calendar invites today.  There is no need to decline if you can’t come, they are only there to make it easier on you…I do not use it as a metric of who will be attending.
