[JosProv-time] FW: Hopkins time away changes

I was looking at the fellows schedules for next week and noticed that Dr. Cervelo did not have his clinic with Dr. Hopkins on Wed, 2/14 opened. He is here and can see patients starting at 1 p.m.

Fellows are scheduled to take their in-training exam on Wednesday, February 14th. The exam will be at the medical school library from 8-12:30 p.m. If fellows schedules are opened, please make sure their patients don't start earlier than 1 p.m. to give them time to get back to Joslin.

Hello all,

I will be switching the week I'm away in February.

  *   I currently have the week of February 12 blocked.  That week can be opened for my usual clinics.
  *   Instead, I will be away 2/22 - 3/1.  This only effects clinics the week of Feb 26.

In March, I will also be away 3/20-3/22.
