[JosProv-time] vacation blocks and unblocking of weeks that i am no loner on call

Hi,

I still have a patient scheduled on 6/14/24 at 11AM and 11:30AM which need to be rescheduled. I tried to call them this morning but no answer.

I have the following open slots that week that they can be scheduled into using the whole 60 min slot to ensure they are seen in the correct time frame.

Please offer the following slots to them and block the whole 60min slot for each so that a new patient isn't accidentally placed in the other half of the slot which has been happening.

6/10 at 8a or 3p
6/11 at 1p
6/12 at 1p

  1.  I am taking vacation from 5/10-5/22 so please block off those days and reschedule the follow up patients to open slots that I have, for any new patient please schedule with next available any MD slot. If it is a patient with T1DM or T2DM please reschedule with APP so their appointment is not pushed too far out.
  2.  I noticed that on 5/13 at 10AM there is a new patient scheduled as a "consult" in a 30min slot. This will need to be rescheduled as a new patient with next available any MD.



  1.  Please block off and reschedule my 11am-2:30pm patients on 6/14/24 as I will be taking a half day.



  1.  I will be switching call with David for a few days as follows:



Nisha on call starting 5/27 5pm until 5/30 at 8am when David will take over

David on call starting 5/20 5pm until 5/23 at 8am when Nisha will take over
