[JosProv-time] October and November dates

Hello,

Please block my schedule October 16-25.  I don't think I'll be gone the whole time but still working out details of a trip.

I will be going to the AAMC meeting from 11/8 to 11/12 and a meeting that precedes it (date not set yet), possible followed by the T1D exchange November learning session SO
I'll need the weeks of 11/4 and 11/11 blocked for now.
