[JosProv-time] Time off 4/25 and 5/29

Good afternoon,
I am emailing to let you know I will be leaving early (1pm) on 4/25 and arriving late (10am) on 5/29. Our IBHC team leader, Heather Azzoto will see that my Epic schedule is blocked and patients scheduled during those times are rescheduled. Thank you!
