[JosProv-time] Vacation and conferences start of 2026

Dear all,

Please block as vacation and move patients, if needed, from the following 2026 dates:

Feb 13th afternoon (can move the new patient to the urgent slot in the morning).
Feb 16-20
Mar 20
Mar 30 - April 3
April 29 - May 1
May 27th

July and August 2026 - block monday and fridays for now, but not on call weeks. Will release many of these as the schedule for summer 2026 draws closer.

Please block the following for conferences:

ADA June 5, 8, 9
ESPE Sept 7 - 11
