Hi all,

We are adjusting the call schedule to start on Tuesday at 8 AM rather than Mondays at 5 PM.

Would you please block my schedule for the following weeks in 2026:

Jan 6 (Tues - Mon for all the weeks below)
Feb 3
Feb 24
Mar 10
Mar 24
Apr 7
Apr 21
May 19
June 9
June 16

Also starting in July 2025, please block the first patient on the Tuesday following call, but don't move anyone. Similarly, don't move anyone from the 2026 blocks yet, I will look over the first few weeks of those blocks and decide who to move.

For the 2026 call weeks please keep the following open:
1st Tuesday, Friday: 10:15, 11 and 1 pm slots
Wednesday: 12:45, 1:45, 2:15
Thursday: academic day
Monday 9:15, 9:45, 11:15
2nd Tuesday:  block 7:45 am only

Here are the other routine blocks I have:

Wednesday morning research

Standing Meetings - please just place block for now, but don't move anyone unless it's far our like in June or after.

Peds Endo Monthly Diabetes Conference 1st Wednesday of the month (no block needed)

Peds Endo Monthly Team Meeting 4th Tuesday  - Block 7:45 AM and 8:15 AM visits

EMR Advisory Committee 2nd Wednesday of the month (no block needed)

DEI Committe Meeting 3rd Friday of odd months - Block 1 PM patient

Brain Tumor Clinic - 4th Tuesday afternoon of every month - block those afternoons please
