[kronos-mgr-lic] Early Payroll Submission - Approvals Needed

Good Afternoon - OSC has implemented an early payroll submission deadline.  Please review, edit and approve your employee's bi-weekly annual KRONOS time for pay period 03/14/24 - 03/27/24, by close of business Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024.  If you have any UUP represented employees or employees eligible for Specialty Shift Differential, please approve these time sheets prior to approving your Research, CSEA and PEF represented employees, as these process one day earlier.  Per Diem/Hourly employee's KRONOS time for pay period 03/21/24 - 04/03/24, needs to edited and approved by Friday, April 5th, 2024.

Adhering to these deadlines will ensure that we have the proper time to process all employee's KRONOS time sheets in a timely manner allowing for proper payment in the next available paycheck.  If you have any problematic time sheets, please reach out to your timekeeper for assistance, and remember TOT-OBL must be equal to the employee's obligation prior to your approval.
