Kidney Stone Analysis change:  As of 8/21/24 Mayo Clinical Laboratories has notified us that send out testing for Kidney Stone Analysis (Mayo: KIDST, EPIC:  LAB9273) has a delay in turnaround time, now extended to 8-10 days, due to increased testing volumes.

Chromosomal SNP Microarray Analysis: sample change:  The Cytogenetics laboratory is pleased to announce that it now accepts prenatal (amniotic fluid and products of conception) and saliva specimen for chromosomal SNP microarray analysis.  These tests will be orderable in Epic when the laboratory information system transitions to Beaker in 1st quarter 2025.  Please contact the cytogenetics laboratory (464-4716) for saliva collection kits if needed or for additional information.
