[LabUpdates] Laboratory Formulary Committee Updates - Varicella IgG testing change

Medicine and laboratory testing are constantly changing.  The Laboratory Formulary Committee regularly sends out emails with new updates and changes.



Varicella IgG testing change: Starting July 11th, Upstate immunology lab will change to a new assay for the Varicella Zoster IgG antibody assay (LAB162).  The performance of the assay is similar to the current assay, but the reporting format is very different.  Please see the attached guidance for more details.
