[LabUpdates] Laboratory Formulary Committee Updates - Change to Sirolimus testing

Medicine and laboratory testing are constantly changing.  The Laboratory Formulary Committee regularly sends out emails with new updates and changes.



Change to Sirolimus testing:  Starting July 9th 2026, testing for Sirolimus (LAB875) will be changed to a send-out assay Sirolimus (LAB123150).  The new testing is required as the older assay platform is obsolete.  Due to logistics, this send-out testing should provide faster turn-around results.  Please see the attached guidance for further details.
