[LabUpdates] Laboratory Formulary Committee Updates - Procalcitonin and C-peptide testing change

Medicine and laboratory testing are constantly changing.  The Laboratory Formulary Committee regularly sends out emails with new updates and changes.



Changes to Procalcitonin and C-peptide testing:  Starting June 25th 2026, testing for Procalcitonin (LAB7082) and C-peptide (LAB521) will be changed to a new analyzer.  The new testing has mildly changed normal ranges and interpretation comments based on the new testing.  Please see the attached guidance for further details.
