[LabUpdates] Laboratory Formulary Committee Updates - Change to Urinalysis Reporting

Medicine and laboratory testing are constantly changing.  The Laboratory Formulary Committee regularly sends out emails with new updates and changes.



Urinalysis Reporting Change: The reporting of laboratory testing results must follow the manufacturer's instructions.  Starting March 31st, reporting of urine glucose results for samples with glucose below the manufacturer's threshold will be resulted as "Normal" rather than "Negative".
