[lawsonusers] Fix for Lawson Attachments in RQC

Good morning,

If you are a Lawson user that attaches documents in Lawson Requisition Center or in RQ10/PO20 in Lawson Mingle, the link to attach documents is missing.  Please follow the instructions on the attachment to rectify this issue.

Please let me know if you have any problems making this modification.
