[lawsonusers] Lawson Requisition Browser Issue

Good morning,

I wanted to notify everyone about an issue that was reported regarding Lawson Requisitioning.

Description :
After updating to version 132 of Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, users cannot create a requisition in Infor Lawson Requisition Center (RQC). The screen hangs whenever they try to search for an item in the Search Catalog and Express Orders. There are also reported issues with accessing Location Templates. The special orders work fine, but the catalog items cannot be ordered at all because of this issue.  Multiple versions of RQC are affected with this issue.

Resolution :
Infor is currently working on the fix for the issue with target release date of January 24, 2025.
As a temporary workaround, the options below can be considered:
1. Downgrade the browser to version 131.

Some users that have already encountered this issue were able to submit orders using Microsoft Edge.

I will inform you of any updates/resolutions as they occur.
