Dear colleagues, 

I was looking forward to meeting with many of you tomorrow for individual meetings, capturing your smiling faces in a group photo, and sharing a meal with you. Unfortunately I have to rearrange my schedule because of a death in the family. I apologize for the last minute notice. We will reschedule our individual meetings and the group photograph, but the meal will go ahead. I look forward to connecting with you all soon.
