Dear Colleagues,

Happy holidays to all of you! I hope that you are able to celebrate the holidays with family and friends. For those of you who follow the Gregorian Calendar—happy new year!

I hope that all of you can take some time off, reflect on the past year, and prepare for an amazing year ahead. It is a joy to work with all of you.
