I hope you have all had a wonderful summer so far. I have been looking forward to seeing you for the start of this year’s grand rounds season. I have been very ill for the last 3 days and have been laid up in bed. I’m doing better but not strong enough to get out of the house. I am very sorry to miss today. See you all very soon.
