Structured Breaks

  *   Scientific Evidence: Regular breaks, like those in the Pomodoro Technique, enhance focus and reduce mental fatigue.
     *   Reference: Buser, T., & Peter, N. (2012). Multitasking and Decision Making in the Digital Age. Mindfulness, 3(3), 174-181.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     *   5-minute break every 25 minutes.
     *   Stretch or walk during breaks.
