Stretching and Mobility Work

  *   Scientific Evidence: Regular stretching improves flexibility, reduces injury risk, and decreases stress.
     *   Reference: Behm, D. G., et al. (2011). Effect of acute static stretching on balance, stability, reaction time, and movement time. Medicine & Science in Sports & Exercise, 43(5), 998-1004.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     *   Morning and evening stretching.
     *   Stretch breaks during study sessions.
     *   Focus on posture improvement.
