Good morning,

Each weekly message includes a technique that can support your well-being and is grounded in scientific evidence and practical application. Incorporating these strategies into your daily routine can significantly enhance your overall health and wellness.

Peer Support Groups

  * Scientific Evidence: Engaging in peer support reduces feelings of isolation and promotes mental well-being.
     * Reference: Suls, J., & Fletcher, B. (1985). The relative efficacy of social support and social comparison in coping with stress: A theoretical perspective. Journal of Social and Clinical Psychology, 3(1), 46-61.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     * Join or form a study group for shared learning experiences.
     * Schedule regular meetings with peers to discuss stressors.
     * Participate in wellness workshops offered by your institution.

Have a great day!
