Consuming Omega-3 Fatty Acids

  *   Scientific Evidence: Omega-3 fatty acids support brain health and can improve mood and cognitive function.
     *   Reference: Grosso, G., et al. (2014). Role of omega-3 fatty acids in the treatment of depression: A systematic review. Nutrients, 6(9), 4155-4180.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     *   Include fatty fish (like salmon) in your meals twice a week if you eat fish.
     *   Take omega-3 supplements as directed.
     *   Include walnuts, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, avocado(guacamole or in other forms), olive oil, eggs (if you eat them) for a healthy boost.
