Good morning,

Each weekly message includes a technique that can support your well-being and is grounded in scientific evidence and practical application. Incorporating these strategies into your daily routine can significantly enhance your overall health and wellness.

Time-Blocking for Efficient Study Sessions

  * Scientific Evidence: Time-blocking improves productivity, focus, and reduces stress.
     * Reference: Macan, T. H. (1994). Time management: Test of a process model. Journal of Applied Psychology, 79(3), 381-391.
  *   Daily Implementation:
     * Set blocks for uninterrupted study sessions.
     *   Schedule breaks between blocks.
     * Use a timer to stick to your schedule.

Have a great day!
