[Nappi-Utility] Scheduled RO-DI System Disinfection – Temporary Service Interruptions

Dear Team,
This is to inform you of the upcoming scheduled disinfection of the Reverse Osmosis De-Mineralized (RO-DI) water systems across the following facilities:

Cancer Center
  *
University Hospital (UH) – South
  *
Weiskotten Hall
  *
Weiskotten Hall Addition (WHA)
  *
Institute for Human Performance (IHP) – North and South
  *
Neuroscience Research Building (NRB/IHPE)
  *
Bio-Accelerator

To minimize disruption, we will be utilizing an ozone-based disinfection process, which significantly reduces downtime from the traditional 24 hours to approximately 4 hours per area. Each day's work will commence at 8:00 AM, with a second area addressed in the early afternoon following a brief lunch break.
Please note: The Weiskotten Hall Addition (WHA) will require a longer service window due to the higher number of outlets and may take the majority of the day.
Below is the detailed disinfection schedule:

Tuesday, October 21

Weiskotten Hall Addition (WHA): All Day

Wednesday, October 22
     *
Weiskotten Hall: 8:00 AM
     *
Bio-Accelerator: 1:00 PM
  *
Thursday, October 23
     *
IHP North: 8:00 AM
     *
IHP South: 1:00 PM
  *
Friday, October 24
     *
NRB/IHPE: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

We kindly ask that you plan accordingly for any temporary interruptions in RO-DI water availability during the scheduled times.
