[nrb-utility] IHP Crane Lift Plan

Good morning,

To support ongoing repairs to return the IHP cooling systems to full capacity, we require a crane lift next Thursday 30 April, 8 am to 1 pm.

Physical Plant and UPD will be coordinating efforts to maintain a lane of traffic open in each direction on Irving Avenue along the West side of the IHP building during the crane operations.
