College of Nursing Alumni Association Scholarships Now Open!

All matriculated nursing students, in all degree and certificate programs, including those who will graduate in May 2024, are encouraged to apply. Come celebrate with Upstate Trauma as we honor our 10th Anniversary as a Verified Trauma Center!

On Tuesday, May 14th from 7AM-4PM Upstate Trauma will be selling our special edition 10th Anniversary t-shirts outside the cafeteria (2nd Floor Downtown). There will be no pre-orders, first come first serve. The cost of the shirts are $20.00, cash or credit card accepted.



The following day, Upstate Trauma will be hosting the 2024 TraumaFest and Trauma Survivor's Day Wednesday, May 15th from 10AM-2PM on Elizabeth-Blackwell Street (Next to Jacobson Hall). We will be welcoming Syracuse Fire, AMR, LifeNet, Mercy Flight, University Police, Toss & Fire Food Truck, PB&J Lunchbox Food Truck and trauma survivors. There will be giveaways and we will be selling any remaining t-shirts. We hope to see you there!

Introducing Upstate Nursing’s Social Media Ambassador Program!

The SMA program is a group of RNs from various departments at Upstate who help facilitate photo and video content to share on Upstate Nursing social media! The program is managed by Morgan Gaffney, Nursing Marketing and Community Relations Coordinator. This program is out of the Nursing Recruitment department.



Involvement in the program varies based on two tiers.
