NICHE + Upstate University Hospital are hosting a regional geriatric nursing conference. This conference will center around optimizing care of older adults. The conference will be held on Tuesday, September 9th, 2025 from 8am-3:30pm at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel in Syracuse. Registration fee $125 per person includes breakfast, lunch ad snacks. CEUs will be available.
