Mental Health Matters T-Shirts:
If you ordered a T-Shirt from the ONLINE sale for PICK UP, you will receive an email when the shirts arrive. This email will include dates/times for pick up from either the Nursing Recruitment office Downtown or the HR department at Community. More details to come as soon as the shirts arrive from the vendor.

If you missed the in-person sale and would still like to purchase a shirt, please stop into the Nursing Recruitment office room 1414 at the Downtown Hospital at either of the dates below. Shirts will only be available for purchase these dates/times.
Friday 7/11 from 8:30am-10:30am
Monday 7/14 7:30am-2:30pm
Please bring $20 cash, card or apple pay.
*No Medium crew-neck t-shirts available.
Sizes are first come, first serve. No special requests will be accommodated.

The Health Equity Council in Shared Governance has restarted. The council meets the 1st Wed of the month at 12p on Shared Governance Day. All are welcome to attend and bring ideas to be discussed. This council is in place to help drive change to our nursing practice of delivering equitable care to our patients while also providing equitable opportunities for staff.

The application deadline for the College of Nursing’s Fall Semester is quickly approaching: Tuesday, July 1.
Whether you're looking to advance your current nursing career or take the next step in your professional journey, we’re here to support you.
✅ Registered Nurses can earn their Bachelor of Science (BS).
✅ BS-prepared RNs can pursue a Master’s degree or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
This fall, we’re proud to reintroduce our Master’s Degree programs, leading to the following advanced practice roles:

  1.  Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
  2.  Family Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
  3.  Adult-Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP)

We also offer Post-Graduate Advanced Certificates in all three of the above specialties, as well as in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP).
