Hello team!

We are SO excited that nurses week is right around the corner! We will be sending out the weeks celebrations soon! In the meantime, please use the forms link below to sign up to donate a basket for our Chance Basket day! This was a HIT last year and we are excited to do it again!


Baskets may have any theme and price point. Please keep in mind: as a state institution we are not able to ask for donations outside of the Upstate community. State dollars cannot be used to purchase goods for the baskets, and alcohol cannot be included.

Baskets are due to Jennifer Flynn by April 24 and can be dropped off in 1414 Nursing Recruitment office at Upstate University Hospital.
