[util] Access to CWB Loading Dock, Gas Pumps and Building 49.

The Syracuse City Water Department will begin excavating and repairs tonight after 3:30 pm on Monroe Street between the CWB and Building 49 .

The street will be closed with  no access to Building 49,  gas pump station or the CWB loading dock will be possible until after repairs are completed.

Work is expected to be completed in the early hours of the night so normal access to all areas will resume during normal business hours tomorrow.

Users are encouraged to fill their vehicles during the day today as required.
