[util] Access to CWB Loading Dock / Water Main Break

Water Main Break Update:



The City water department expects to complete the piping repair on Monroe Street before 6 pm this evening. They should have the roadway filled in for normal access by 8am tomorrow morning.



Will update if this information changes.
