[Stroke] RSTAC Extended TNK Window

Good afternoon RSTAC- please see the attached guidance document outlining how our regional hospitals can call Upstate for assistance in evaluating patients who present to your ED with disabling symptoms with LKW 4.5-9 hours.
We will leave this as an open item for discussion at the next meeting.
