Cases for Discussion:

  1.  Pt is a 65 yo F who presented after an acute overdose. Her vital signs were normal. Over the next few hours, pt developed bradycardia, hypotension. She then had a seizure, the QRS began to widen, and the patient was intubated
  2.  Pt is a 54 yo M presenting to an outside hospital stating he took 400 tablets of 325 mg aspirin about an hour prior to arrival.
  3.  Pt is a 75 yo M who presents to the ED after eating a mushroom from his backyard yesterday. He now has diarrhea and vomiting.
