  1.  76M brought in by EMS @ approx. 0300, found down in his garage after syncopal episode. Has been missing for 5+ hours.
Vitals: 106/65 HR 116 RR 18 T 36.3 (97.3)
pH 7.32 pCO2 31 lactate 8.6


18F arrives to the ED originally altered and agitated, growing increasingly lethargic and was just intubated for airway protection. Outside hospital calling with concern as patient is currently hypotensive with significant QRS and QTc prolongation (rate 99, QRS 124, QTc 65)
Vitals: 77/58, HR 86 99% on vent


18F arrives to the ED at 0230 unconscious and appears cyanotic with the following vital signs:
102/50,  HR 130,  RR 19, O2 sat 90%
