  1.  A 3 year old ingested 20 seeds from a milk weed plant ( the

  2.  mother had them in a seed pack). Child weighs 30 lbs. What do you do?

  3.  The patient is a 45 year old female who presents not feeling well. She states that she has been shaky. She is tachycardic with a heart rate in the 130s beats/minute. She has a past medical history of asthma. She is also a smoker, but she has not been smoking recently due to her illness.

  4.  The patient is a 50 year old female who presents after inhaling monomethylhdrazine. The health care provider is asking what to do.
