90F was brought in for altered mentation, growing increasingly altered/confused overnight, and is complaining of SOB.
BP 109/55 HR 81 RR 24 99%on 3L O2, T 98.6

Case 2
3M, brought into the ED believed to have ingested a homemade rodenticide for their farm, a mix made of corn meal and crystal drain opener, approx. 2 hours ago.
BP 130/92 HR 120 RR 16 99% on RA
