Hi Nick,

I may have missed your point Monday but whether its acute or chronic, the antibody has to result in decreased tissue binding. In this study (children granted) of mix acute and chronic the earliest response was about 25 minutes, median time to complete response was 90 minutes and everyone responded (at least that they had data) by 3 hours. I don't see where they compared acute v chronic in this paper.
